Biography
Prior to coming to Flinders Penny had extensive experience in State Government across the portfolios of local government,planning, recreation/sport and transport policy.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Hons) from the University of South Australia
Key responsibilities
Heads up the SKTP team whose role is to strategically assist in building the capacity of Southern Adelaide (encompasses the LGA's of Holdfast Bay, Marion, Mitcham and Onkaparinga) through a range of education and industry partnerships.
