Vicki initially commenced further studies with a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management in 2003. She then completed a Master of Business Administration with Deakin University in 2005. Vicki came to the University after 20 years industry experience in purchasing and supply chain management in the manufacturing sector in South Australia.

Vicki teaches a range Masters and Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Commerce topics at Flinders Business School. More recently Vicki was responsible for the delivery of Masters topic Project Management (BUSN9234) in intensive mode. Material was delivered in a blended fomat with both on line and face-to-face content, supporting the busy schedules of working students.
Vicki is also Topic Coordinator for Information Systems and Accounting Processes (BUSN9114) where she is responsible for developing the material for Masters students. Vicki has delivered all lectures, tutorials and workshops including computer labs with MYOB workshops since 2009. Vicki has also tutuored in Accounting for Managers (BUSN1001).
Vicki has also been the Topic Coordinator for Electronic Business (BUSN3027) since 2008 at which time she was responsible for re-writing the course material in conjunction with a new text book. Vicki has delivered all lectures, tutorials and workshops associated with this topic.
In 2011 Vicki co taught a new topic Workplace and Business Communictions (BUSN2034) and was involved in designing and delivering half of the lectures and workshops. Vicki has delievered the materials associated with the modules Workplace Communications and Occupational Health and Safety.
In 2010 Vicki developed an online learning tool to support students undertaking placements. This included developing the material and a set of multiple choice questions that students used to ensure they had a basic understanding of OHS and EEO requirements in the workplace.
Previously Vicki was involved in Cost and Management Accounting (BUSN2004) from 2006 - 2010 as both tutor and Topic Coordinator and tutor of Introduction to Managment and Human Resource Management.
