Yes, some surveys will be automatically set up (ie - survey parameters data will be pre-populated by Planning and Analytical Services in an attempt to reduce the administrative effort for College staff.
It is important that topic coordinators or a representative check survey instruments that are automatically set up. All parameters can be changed if desired.
Where applicable, Planning and Analytical Services will automatically generate an online SET including the standard set of questions evaluating the topic and the standard set of questions evaluating the Topic Coordinator as a Lecturer. Additional Question Sets to evaluate any other staff involved in teaching the topic will need to be set up manually.

Additional teaching staff can be evaluated by adding Question Sets to existing surveys. Additional Question Sets will need to be added manually prior to the survey open date.
