
The University has established the following policy and procedures relating to Intellectual Property:
The Policy sets out principles and procedures for identifying, protecting and commercialising the University's Intellectual Property, including copyright and teaching materials. The Policy also defines the entitlements and responsibilities of University staff and students.
Guidelines are available to help staff and students understand the Intellectual Property Policy.
Procedures relating to Student Intellectual Property, Confidentiality and Contractual Agreement have been established to assist research higher degree supervisors and staff responsible for research higher degree student administration comply with requirements in the Intellectual Property Policy and Research Higher Degree Policy and Procedures relating to student intellectual property, confidentiality and agreements.
