Publications and printing |
| |
All standard course and student-related
publications intended for prospective students and other external
audiences (including course guides, individual course brochures
and information sheets) are coordinated through the Public Affairs
& Alumni Office or the International Office, in consultation
with the relevant faculties and AOUs.
AOUs seeking to produce additional, complementary course and
student-related material must liaise with the Public Affairs
& Alumni Office and/or the International Office to discuss
design and printing guidelines and the provision of editorial
assistance as required. AOUs must have faculty approval before
requesting new material.
Other publications, including course guides for enrolled or
enrolling students, are the responsibility of faculties and
AOUs. However, the following requirements concerning graphic
design and printing apply. Staff should also be aware of requirements
regarding Use of the University name and
University crest. |
