The following mandatory workshops are designed to make new staff members' transition to Flinders as easy as possible and to provide them with information in a timely and accessible form.

It is expected that these courses be attended during the first 3 months of employment and sessions are held every month in order to ensure that all staff members can access them.
Supervisors will also need to refer to the Mandatory OHS & IM induction and training website for information about additional OHS&IM training requirements for staff in supervisory roles.
