A Nationally accredited program cutomised for Flinders University professional staff HEO6/7 levels delivered on Campus by TAFE SA. Up to 20 participants are nominated by the Executive Deans and Portfolio Heads.

Management & Leadership Program (MALP)

A structured program for Deans of Schools and Heads of Clusters. This year long program is sponsored by the Vice-Chancellor, led by the Director of Human Resources and guided by a Reference Group chaired by the DVC (Research).

Leadership Program Booklet (2011 - 2012)
