  At the 04/08 AWC meeting on 27 May, it was agreed to adopt the list Analgesics Suitable for Animal Species used by Biologists, developed by the University of Sydney, as the recommended standard for the use of analgesics at Flinders, with researchers required to comment on and justify if they wished to deviate from it.
