All external grant applications submitted by Flinders University staff must be submitted through the Research Services Office.
The Office:
- provides advice regarding the preparation of applications
- reviews applications which are submitted in accordance with internal deadlines
- liaises with funding agencies to ensure that researchers have accurate information regarding grant submission requirements and procedures.
Internal deadlines for grant applications
Internal deadlines for receipt of grant applications at the Research Services Office are generally set at 10 working days prior to the deadline for lodgement with the funding agency.
Internal deadlines for larger funding rounds such as ARC and NHMRC may be set earlier because of the number of applications involved, and the service the Office offers in reviewing those applications.
