Data coordinators

Each year, the Office of Research asks the Faculties to nominate one or more data coordinators to assist in the Publications Data Collections process.

The duties of the data coordinators include:

identifying and contacting potential authors who may not have received the PDC notification email (eg students , ex-staff etc)
providing assistance to authors (eg reminder emails, process support etc)
receiving feedback and reports from the Office of Research
maintenance of the drop-boxes (in some cases)
any additional duties assigned by the Faculties.
