Development Studies in the Antipodes: Current Research and Praxis
This Symposium celebrated the Centre for Development Studies' 30 year anniversary at Flinders University (20-21 September 2010). The Symposium brought together scholars associated with development studies programs from Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom to promote cross-disciplinary debate on research and praxis in Development Studies. Papers from the symposium are published in a special issue on “Development Perspectives from the Antipodes” in Third World Quarterly (volume 33 number 6) .
Papers related to teaching development studies will be published in a special section of the Journal of Geography in Higher Education (Volume 36 number 4, forthcoming in November 2012).
