Commonwealth Scholarship Leave Request

Commonwealth scholarships holders wishing to take leave from their scholarship must submit a request to Student Finance by the census date of the relevant semester. The leave request form is available below in Word and PDF formats.

Postgraduate Research Scholarships for 2012

Application forms and guidelines for postgraduate research scholarships tenable at Flinders University in 2012. These scholarships are awarded to suitably qualified students who are commencing or continuing a full-time research higher degree.

Annual review of progress guidelines and form

This form is for use by research higher degree students and their supervisors to report on progress towards their research higher degree over the past twelve months. Please ensure your annual review of progress is returned to Student Finance Services by 30 September 2012.

Research higher degree allowances claim form

This form is for use by research higher degree students to claim thesis allowance; research higher degree scholarship holders to claim relocation allowance; International Postgraduate Research Scholarship holders to claim dependent child allowance. Payment of allowances is subject to the rules on the reverse of this form.

RHD Scholarships - Application for leave or six month extension

This form is for use by: research higher degree scholarship holders to apply for sick leave, recreation leave, intermissions maternity leave and six-month extensions. Approval of leave is subject to the rules on the reverse of this form.

Scholarship establishment forms - for use by staff only

Proposal for a privately funded scholarship or stipend top-up

This form is used to establish a privately funded scholarship or a stipend top-up for a research higher degree student. Current year stipend rates are on the reverse of this form.

Proposal for summer vacation scholarship or Honours scholarship

This form is used to establish summer vacation scholarships and honours scholarships for undergraduate students. Rules for these scholarships are on the reverse of this form.
