Registration and payment is due 3 weeks prior to commencement of all courses to ensure a place on day one.
Reduced rates may be payable for these courses by bona-fide health related postgraduates only. Please contact the convenor Natalie Bolton to discuss. For the purposes of obtaining the reduced rate, a student will only be considered if they are undertaking a course of study at the time of short course which will lead to the granting of a Master of Public Health degree, a Graduate Diploma in Public Health or similar health-related qualification as agreed by the convenor. Please note that for non-Adelaide University students the courses are not eligible for HECS relief, full payment is required up-front.
The fee covers participation in the course including all teaching materials, tea, coffee and a light lunch - but does not include accommodation, evening meals or travel costs.
*This fee DOES include a dinner function which will be held on Wednesday 21st November, 7.00pm. All delegates are encouraged to attend.

Each delegate enrolled in 2 to 3 courses or a group booking of 3 or more delegates - less 15%
How to pay
Payments can be made by tax invoice upon request, by Visa/Mastercard/Bankcard (sorry, no Diners or Amex), or by cheque.
Adelaide University students are required to complete a cross institutional application - contact Cheryl Caldwell with your details including a mailing address.
Cancellations
2 weeks prior to commencement of the course will incur an administration fee of $200.00.
1 week prior to commencement of the course will forfeit the fee (you may send a replacement delegate).
