  • Suspended solids an issue for both wastewater discharge and agricultural reuse.
  • Pilot plant has been constructed to investigate the application of:
    • floating native macrophytes
    • rock-filters
    • artificial media
  • Parameters being studied include:
    • suspended solid
    • nutrients
    • microbial indicators
    • DO, pH etc
