If you have completed the first three years of the Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education you may be accepted as a candidate for the honours degree providing a sufficiently high standard has been achieved in the completed studies.
Qualifying for honours
To qualify for the honours degree you must complete the
- first three years of the Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education and have a GPA of 5 or greater; and
- 36 units of study, comprising 18 units of topics approved by the Board and an 18 unit thesis.
The Honours degree can be completed over one year full-time or two years part-time. Normally you would start in February.
When you start your program you will meet with the Honours Coordinator to discuss your personal interests, needs and goals. Throughout your program you will be provided with individual support and guidance.
