
Staff of the University are invited to submit nominations for the 2008 round of the Staff Awards for Outstanding Contribution to Flinders University.
Individual awards will be awarded to academic or general staff judged to have made outstanding contributions to Flinders University. Recipients of the award must be current employees, or holders of full academic status, of the University or former employees or holders of full academic status who have retired in the 12 months prior to the approval of an award.
The Award is conferred as a significant honour and only a small number of awards, normally no more than five, will be granted in any one year.
Nominations should be submitted in confidence on the standard form to the Secretary of the Awards Committee, Mr Robert Houghton, Policy and Secretariat Section, the Registry.
For a nomination to be accepted by the Awards Committee it should bear the signatures of a nominator, at least two supporters and the nominee’s supervisor.
Nominations close on Thursday 31 July 2008.
