Web 2.0

Web 2.0 refers to a set of technologies which are superseding old notions of the web. The web is becoming a participatory medium rather than one used for just publication. Web 2.0 is a term which refers to a type of web usage; it is not a real technology as such. This YouTube video gives more details.
