Topic description
This topic is designed to develop Indigenous students' understanding of the expectations of tertiary study, and to broaden their understanding of issues facing Indigenous students within higher education.

It highlights understandings of the relationships between the university community and Indigenous communities, develops understandings of the construction of Indigenous identity though an analysis of 'race' and representation as well as developing students' critical consciousness.

Educational aims
This topic aims to:

Expected learning outcomes
