Topic description
The topic is highly interactive and will be conducted under the guidance of both academics and industry specialists. Students undertake a business project, do background research and write an in-depth report. This opportunity is available to students when appropriate projects are available, and where students knowledge and ability matches the needs of the project.
Educational aims
This topic aims to further develop and integrate knowledge acquired during degree studies including the application of that knowledge to live client engagements resulting in the provision of evidence-supported business solutions that are actionable.
Expected learning outcomes
On successful completion of this topic students should be able to:
- apply business knowledge to applied business settings
- conduct research on a business issue in depth and develop recommendations and plans for a domestic or international organisation
