This topic is designed to enable students to plan change in their organisations. It is particularly relevant to international students who return home to their workplace after studying Leadership and Management in Australia.
Educational aims
This topic assists students to practically apply models of change and related theories to achieve positive outcomes in their organisation.
Expected learning outcomes
On completion of this topic students will be able to:
- produce detailed action plans for change relevant to their organisation
- analyse the context of their organisation
