Topic description
This topic considers the development of legal principles and their social context, in relation to particular aspects of the law, in the year of offering to be considered concern.
Educational aims
This topic serves as an umbrella topic to accommodate special or one-off offerings in a topical area of law not currently part of the law curriculum in circumstances when availability of visiting or other staff resources permit.
