Course context
Project work - 13 hours over the semester
Topic description
This topic considers the principles of the law relating to issues selected in the years of offering to be appropriate of a particular aspect of Australian law by comparing it to the law of another jurisdiction.
Educational aims
This topic serves as an umbrella topic to accommodate special or one-off offerings in a topical area of law not currently part of the law curriculum in circumstances when availability of visiting or other staff resources permit.
Expected learning outcomes
Students who successfully complete this topic will be able to:
