Topic description
The topic enables students to develop skills and knowledge to be able to complete an ethical

application for research and a funding application for research.
Educational aims
The aim of this topic is for students to demonstrate the knowledge and skills required to complete and submit research applications for ethical and funding purposes.
Expected learning outcomes
On successful completion of this topic students will be able to:

  • demonstrate knowledge of the political and ethical requirements of undertaking

    research according to NHMRC guidelines.

  • demonstrate knowledge and skills to complete and present applications for

    funding and other bodies.
