Topic description
To provide students with the opportunity to undertake a research project on an aspect of population studies under the supervision of a member of academic staff assigned by the topic coordinator and produce a coursework mini-thesis of about 15,000 words. The research will involve the identification of a specific research problem and may be carried out by analysing primary or secondary data or a critical study and evaluation of the literature on the research problem.
