Topic description
In this topic students begin to locate their areas of specialisation within production pipelines. Students will generate original works within the idea to starting to develop mastery of some of the core principles of digital production.
Educational aims
This topic aims to:

  • give students the change to explore specific roles within a pipeline
  • extend students understanding of the complexity of digital production
  • assist students to find their areas of strength, while also locating areas where further improvement is required
Expected learning outcomes
On completion of this topic students will be able to:

  • identify their current work, and the work of other team members, within the pipeline
  • articulate how their skill sets may be used across different production processes
  • appraise their own work, and identify areas for improvement
