Topic description
In this topic, students will produce a major project in Digitial Media. Students will manage their own production under supervision of an academic staff member, including budgeting and collaboration with key project personnel.
Educational aims
This topic aims to:

  • develop students' producing skills required for major projects

  • develop students' skills in creative, aesthetic and managerial problem solving

  • develop students' skills in successful collaboration in project production
Expected learning outcomes
On completion of this topic students will be able to:

  • complete a proposed project to final production stage

  • schedule and manage the production process

  • manage all logistical tasks required for the project, including risk assessment
