Assessment
Assignments; Oral; Project.
Topic description
This topic will deliver a simulated work experience. Students will have to prepare for a job (CV, application, interview), conduct an industry-relevant project, and reflect on their learning.
Educational aims
This topic will raise self-awareness in students of graduate attributes, prepare students for the workforce, and improve graduate employability.
Expected learning outcomes
At the completion of this topic, students are expected to:

  1. Show effective communication skills to a broad range of audiences
  2. Work effectively, cooperatively and productively within a team
  3. Critically analyse and solve scientific problems
