Topic description
This topic offers students the opportunity to continue their studies in a chosen medium. Various media will be introduced and students will have the opportunity to explore these in depth. The topic is predominantly practical but students will be encouraged to analyse and critically evaluate their own work.
Educational aims
This topic:
- offers students the opportunity to continue their studies in a medium that they find of interest
- provides students with the opportunity to analyse the use of the chosen medium in depth
Expected learning outcomes
On completion of this topic students will be able to:
- articulate their own art ideas
- demonstrate the development of their skills in art making and evaluating
