Venue Hire Fees (PDF 22KB)  - This applies to external organisations only. Venue hire is free of charge for Flinders University events.

How to Book

  1. To check room availability please send us an email with the following information:
    • date(s) and time(s) of your event
    • expected number of guests
    • type of event – meeting/workshop/conference/lecture/other
  2. Once availability has been confirmed by a Victoria Square staff member please submit the online booking form
