These are just some of the activities Yunggorendi can organise for Indigenous student groups interested in visiting Flinders with the aim of demistifying what University is all about.

If you are a teacher and you are interested in bringing a group of Indigenous students to Flinders please contact the Centre and a staff member would be more than happy to discuss and arrange a visit to suit the needs of your group.

Life in the Uni Lane - Wednesday 12 November 2014
for Indigenous students in years 8-10 studying at schools in Southern Adelaide

  • Get a hands-on taste of these areas of study:
  1. Optometry
  2. Paramedic Science
  3. Psychology
  • Meet Yunggorendi staff and share morning tea and lunch with Flinders Indigenous university students
  • Parents/families are also encouraged to attend
  • Please note that students must be accompanied by a teacher.
