Flinders at Tonsley has a range of rooms available to staff and the general public to book events, meetings, workshops, conferences and more.

Ground floor: There are two large theatres, accommodating between 80-160 guests.
Level 1: Collaborate teaching space that can accommodate between 36-108 guests. Equipped with full AV facilities, these rooms are ideal for workshops, seminars and small lectures/presentations. Please note 1.03 and 1.04 cannot be joined and 1.08 and 1.09 are unable to be joined during the semester.
All Level 1 spaces are bookable via Web Room Bookings.
Level 2: Predominately small meeting rooms for up to 12 guests, plus an open breakout/seminar space for up to 30 guests.
All Level 3 spaces are bookable via the relevant MS Outlook Calendar.
Level 4: 3 small meeting rooms for up to 10 guests
All Level 4 spaces are bookable via the relevant MS Outlook Calendar.
Level 5: A combination of small meeting rooms for up to 15 guests (including videoconferencing facilities) and a large conference space for up to 41 guests with full AV facilities.

NOTE: If booking any University space for a gathering that is not directly related to teaching, research, core staff business or where external visitors are in attendance, please contact WHS email@example.com to seek guidance on maximum room capacity and social distancing rules to ensure your booking meets University guidelines on gatherings.
