The combined degrees program of Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership)/Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership) requires the completion of 144 units of study. The specific combination of the Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership and Human Resource Management), Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership and Accounting) requires the completion of 148.5 units of study.

Admission requirements

For admission to the program, students must apply for admission to the Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership) / Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership) combined degree through SATAC.

Eligible students who decide to take up the combined degree program in a subsequent year will be required to apply through SATAC, or via internal university transfer, for admission to the Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership) / Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership).

Students who commence, but subsequently do not wish to complete, the combined degrees program may be eligible to transfer to either the Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership) or the Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership) and to receive credit for some or all of the topics already completed.

Program of study

To qualify for the combined degrees of Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership) / Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership), a student must complete the following program of study with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic:

  • A Business component of at least 72 units for the Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership), as detailed below
  • A Commerce component of at least 72* units for the Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership), as detailed below.

*The specific combination of Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership and Human Resource Management)/Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership and Accounting) requires completion of a Commerce component of 76.5 units.

A course rule has been prepared for each of the following combinations:

  • Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership) or (Specialisation)/Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership and Accounting)
  • Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership) or (Specialisation)/Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership and Finance)  
  • Bachelor of Business (Advanced Leadership) or (Specialisation)/Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership and Sustainability)
