Putting the "Human" back into Human resources, I am all about ensuring a postive experience for both candiates and hiring managers, and provide high level recruitment support and advice to:
My role is to partner with hiring managers to provide specialist recruitment advice & design advertising strategies & campaigns, along with building other sourcing channels, candidate pools & candidate pipelines.
I then oversee the "candidate lifecycle", from the moment an application is received all the way through to the generation of the employment contract for successful candidates, and notifying those who were not successful.
I am available to sit on interview panels and also manage the relocation process for new employees who are moving from either interstate or overseas, including liaising with Visa Lawyers to provide visa advice and coordinate the approval process when the need for a visa arises.
