As Business Systems Lead, I connect skilled applications staff with the business to solve systems problems.
I lead and manage the IDS staff who operate, manage and develop business administration systems.
I work closely with IDS Business Partners, Project Managers and Architects in understanding business needs and with IDS staff, to
systematically improve systems and information investment outcomes to meet business objectives, through the deployment of best practice solutions.

(Toastmasters clubs help people develop as leaders, by building their confidence, quick-thinking and persuasive speaking skills. The club does this by an organised program of projects and club activities, which each person can work through at their own pace, with the support of peers as well as expert Toastmasters. And it's fun!)
