I am an early career researcher who has a strong focus on dementia in vulnerable and minority population groups. My PhD investigated modifiable risk factors in people experiencing homelessness and explored barriers to cognitive wellbeing and dementia risk reduction. This work highlighted the importance of stable housing for mitigating dementia risk, shaped through a social determinants pathway.

A previous public health topic coordinator and tutor, I am currently undertaking post-doctoral research in pathways to good dementia care and services in people with young-onset dementia.
