Cuong Phan (Chris) is a Lecturer in Finance at Flinders University. Before joining Flinders, he taught undergraduate and postgraduate students in various finance subjects at Monash and La Trobe Universities. He also brings extensive industry experience in banking, finance, and accounting.

Cuong is passionate about sharing his research expertise and industry insights with students. In his classroom, he fosters an inclusive and engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking and the practical application of financial concepts. His primary goal is to help students develop strong economic intuition, moving beyond rote memorization of formulas to a deeper understanding of financial principles.
