Elsa joined Flinders Rural Health South Australia in 2016 and is a Lecturer in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health research. Prior to that she worked at Southgate Institute for Health, Society & Equity at Flinders University for eight years where she completed her PhD investigating individual and community responses to depression within Primary Health Care services in South Australia. Her research interests include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, primary health care, mental health, health service delivery and child and adolescent health and welfare.
