Janet is a Medical Scientist previously employed by the Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service and as manager of a regional laboratory with Gribbles Pathology. In 2009 she was employed by Flinders University Rural Clinical School in Renmark where she coordinated research projects in the fields of Medical Education, Interprofessional Education and Rural Health Services. Janet is currently a research scientist with Flinders University International Centre for Point of Care Testing where she co-coordinates the TTANGO2 program and is involved in research and evaluation of POCT projects. Janet has published and presented at conferences both nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

BA Health Science Honours

Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Science
Certificate in Advanced Immunhaematology (SABTDG/AIMLS)
