Melissa has over 15 years experience working in medical research, including industry based clinical research. She completed her PhD and post doctoral positions at Flinders University, before moving to the INSIGNEO institute for in silico medicine, UK. She gained industry experience working with Stryker in the field of orthopaedic robotics, before returning to Flinders University where she currently holds the position of Institute Manager for the Medical Device Research Institute.
