Ms Melissa Veal

Melissa has significant experience working in strategic communications and management roles in a range of organisations, both in Australia and overseas. She joined Flinders University in 2018 as Senior Advisor Student Experience and took on the role of Acting Manager Student Experience in 2020 (parental leave cover). In March 2021, Melissa moved to the role of Manager, Student Learning Support as part of the Student Learning Support Service, before taking on the role of Senior Manager Learning and Teaching Innovation, across the broader Learning and Teaching portfolio, in 2023.

Melissa was also the Product Owner for the Compass Program from March 2020 until completion of the project in June 2021.
