Paul commenced employment at Flinders University in 1989 as a Technical Officer. Prior to this Paul was employed as an Avionic Systems Technical Officer. He worked in the areas of Flight Simulation (Hardware and Software), Radar Systems and other Airborne Electronic Systems. He completed a Bachelor of Science in 2000, majoring in Computer Science with additional studies in NeuroScience and subsequently a Graduate Certificate in Technical Management as well as undertaking various software courses over the last 20 years. The focus of his work over the last thirty years has been development of software/equipment for psychophysiological and cognitive measures. Since 2005 he has been employed as a Development Engineer overseeing the technical aspects of Psychology's Research activities. His current role is providing advice for Psychology academic staff and postgraduate students to support their research activities and when needed develop specialised software.
