As the Teaching Program Director (Nursing), Pauline works closely with Course Coordinators, industry and professional partners to deliver quality nursing programs. Pauline has established and maintains strong linkages at the state and national level with external agencies and members of the health care sector involved with professional practice issues to ensure high quality nursing programs.

RN, Dip.App.Sc(Nsg), BN(Ed), MEd(St), PhD

Key responsibilities
  • To provide academic leadership in the nursing courses.
  • To represent the interests of the the nursing courses locally, nationally and internationally to governments, education sector, professional bodies, research organisations and industry.
  • Provide oversight of the delivery of the nursing teaching programs and participation in internal and external committees.
  • Oversee the monitoring of the performance of topics within the nursing teaching programs including the effective design and delivery of the assessment of student learning and proposed innovations in course design and delivery.
  • Assist Dean (Education) in managing student complaints, requests for review and remark.
