Peter is a passionate environmental scientist who is keen to better understand interactions between water, human health and the environment through the use of applied research. Peter is currently completing a PhD in the College of Science and Engineering, using experimental approaches to investigate water quality issues associated with managed aquifer recharge. He has also worked as a research assistant on projects related to coastal water quality and the Murray Darling Basin with the Goyder Instatute and One Basin CRC.

Teaching interests

I have been and am actively involved in demonstrating and tutoring for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Additionally, I have produced educational materials, provided one-on-one tutorial sessions in environmental science and general study-skills as part of the Yunggorendi tutorial program, and delivered outreach sessions to SA high school students at the Oaklands Wetland Education Centre.
