In my current role as the acting Director of Research Development and Support (RDS) I work closely with key members of the research community and RDS staff to deliver quality research support services that align to the strategic goals of the University described in the Towards 2025 strategic plan.

I have worked in the IT industry in South Australia in private and government sectors before I joined the University in 2012s, most recently from 2017 until 2020 as the Associate Director of Digital Research Services; whose vision is to provide digital solutions that empower world class research. I built relationships with the research community at the University and was focused on improving the researcher experience in using digital technology for their research.

I am passionate about living and working in South Australia and I am a board member of Community Support Incorporated, a not for profit organisation providing support services to almost 1,000 South Australians living with a disability, http://www.csisa.org.au/

I am an accredited organisational coach, a graduate of the Governor’s leadership foundation program, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and an experienced world traveller.
