Sardi has a diverse professional work history gained in a variety of commercial organisations and industries that encompass HR and Business Consulting, HR Service Delivery, HR Systems Management and Implementation, Change and Project Management and Shared Services Operations all underpinned by a strong people and team management capability and proven customer service ethic.
Prior to joining Flinders University she worked in local government, consulting, mining & resources and the energy sector with experience gained in the UK, South America, South Africa, SE Asia and the Pacific Islands.
In concert with her commercial skills, she has also undertaken voluntary assignments through DFAT in Laos in a capacity building and monitoring and evaluation role and more recently in the Solomon Islands in capacity building and with a focus on improving livelihoods through entrepreneurship programs.
On a personal note she supports a number of Social Enterprises, is an avid traveler with 40 countries stamped in her passport and is always happy when a diving site beckons or an adventure travel opportunity presents itself.
Sardi is the Director of College Services in the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work, a role she has held since June 2017.
She is responsible for the commercial operation and professional services management of the College, working closely with the Vice President Executive Dean -Mike Kyrios, the College Leadership Team and the broader university portfolio teams to support and enable excellence in service delivery of Research, Teaching and Learning.
