I am a PhD candidate in the School of Psychology, where I also completed my undergraduate degree. In addition to my thesis, I am also currently undergoing training as part of the Clinical Psychology postgraduate program. My PhD research investigates techniques for reducing food cravings in laboratory and field environments. My other research interests include interventions to change health behaviour, clinical psychology, mindfulness, body image and eating disorders, and sleep psychology.
