Sulette moved to Australia from South Africa in January 2008 and joined the Flinders Law School in June 2010. She previously held the position of senior lecturer at the University of South Australia's Law School, where she was appointed as one of the foundation staff, and before that taught for 11 years at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Sulette teaches mainly in areas of Corporate Law, Insolvency Law and Business Law. Her research interests are closely linked with the areas that she teaches and encompass fields such as corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, directors' duties and liability in the context of corporate insolvency, as well as corporate whistleblowing.
