Mr Vaughn Eaton

Vaughn Eaton is the Director of Pharmacy for the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network in South Australia, based at Flinders Medical Centre. He provides leadership and motivation to approximatley 140 staff, inspiring them and stimulating high level performance. His interpersonal skills foster the co-operation and support from others, as evidenced by involvement in numerous state and national committees. A proven ability to advise, consult, laise and negotiate complex issues and advocate on behalf of a range of diverse people, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Vaughn has demonstrated a high standard of organisational skills, whle working under pressure and meeting deadlines seen through management and delivery of projects within set timeframes.
