Have you been using HPRM (formerly TRIM ) for a while, but are you always wondering what else the system can do?
The purpose of this course is to refresh the memories of HP Records Manager users on how to use the software to their advantage in the most efficient manner. It will also provide extra tips and tricks for the easier use of HPRM.

All Flinders Staff who currently have access to, and actively use, HP Records Manager.

At the end of the course, staff using HPRM will be able to:

- Record Requests
- Sharing Records
- Customize HPRM to their own preferences
Prerequisites / assumed knowledge
Familiarity with the basic functionality of HP Records Manager.
As this course is specifically about supporting HPRM users in their daily use of HPRM, and is very interactive, we request that staff attending the course send in at least 1 issue/question that they would like to focus on, prior to the start of the course.
