Course description

Contracts are important legal documents that protect the interests of the University and its clients and affiliates. All contracts signed under the Policy on the Delegation of Authority to Enter into Contracts must be registered in the University's Record Management System (HPRM). 

This course will provide guidance on registration and capture of agreements in HPRM and how to track and.report on them.
